Our university was introduced in seminars held in 4 different languages
176 universities came together with international students in the “Study in Turkey YÖK Virtual Fair 2020” event organized by Higher Education Council (YÖK) for the first time this year. The event takes place at the university where international students can also visit the virtual exhibition booth, and got information about educational opportunities in Turkey. In this context, hundreds of candidate students visited our university booth between 08.00-20.00 and exchanged views with academics.
Seminars organized in Arabic, English, Russian and French
"Study in Turkey Virtual Higher Education Fair 2020" covered in Arabic, English, Russian and French seminar held in Bartin and giving information about our university, students were invited to Turkey who speak different languages.
In the seminars held as video conferencing, with the understanding of 'Student Oriented' education, studies on competent academic human resources, student achievements, double major and minor programs, and career planning were discussed.
Natural and cultural beauties, social activities and accommodation opportunities were mentioned in the seminars where Bartın was also promoted.
Online applications are accepted at the fair
Our university, which has 1,100 students from 58 different countries and 4 thousand 743 applications from 76 different countries were made as a result of the first call for the 2020-2021 Academic Year. The students informed by the stand officers were directed to the online application screen and carried out their operations.
In addition, with the survey conducted with the visitors, their expectations were received with their first impressions about Bartın and our University.
